It’s called the Superswim Pro and is a stationary resistance swim tether that plugs into the back end of the pool. Otherwise, I’m very happy.ġ) My pool is completely above ground and the dealer recommended a very affordable portable metal stair unit that makes getting in and out of TidalFit a breeze.Ģ) I purchased the quad jet swim system, but did not understand the value of a free accessory which accompanied the TidalFit. Maybe things have changed, but that’s how it was when I bought mine. It seemed like they are set up to communicate with dealerships and not individual owners. My only suggestion to the manufacturer is that I found it difficult to contact them and get additional information and assistance during and soon after purchase. I would highly recommend the TidalFit to anyone who is in the market for a swim spa. It’s user friendly, a lot of fun and my health is constantly improving. But after two years, plus the stress caused by dealing with their sales rep and numerous tradespeople, the estimate to purchase and install the Endless Pool was up to $70,000, which did NOT include the cost of excavation! I cancelled the purchase and found a local retailer who sells the TidalFit! I’ve been using mine for two years now and can tell you that this was the smartest purchase I’ve ever made! Purchase and installation were very simple and low stress. I originally put down a deposit to buy an Endless Pool. I tried various health clubs, along with the YMCA, but putting together a regular fitness routine that relies on access to a public pool in a large city is next to impossible……and also a huge waste of time. Multiple practitioners told me I needed regular access to a pool. I purchased the TidalFit EP15 for medical reasons.
